PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG

From the heart of the original centuries old area of Prosecco production and fifty years’ experience in selecting vineyards and grapes comes a collection of “millesimato” wines with different marked personalities. They are complex, structured and mineral, but at the same time easy to drink and appreciate.
Ideal as an aperitif and served with dairy cheeses, fish and white meat dishes.

PROSECCO DOCG REFOSSO BRUT

Forty years ago Pino Zardetto, the founder of our company, christened the first wine he produced with the name “Refosso”, after the moat surrounding the ancient city of Conegliano along the line of the 14th century city walls. Homage paid to his city, but also to the water which is a fundamental element for human life and the development of a community. Of primary importance for Conegliano’s people and culture, just like its Prosecco of great renow.

PROSECCO DOCG FONDEGO DRY

The close ties of Conegliano with the Venetian Serenissima are testified by the fòndeghi (fòndachi in Italian), depots for the storage of goods, especially grain. Next to the Borgo del Molìn mill there is a still and ancient fondaco, once a place bustling with trade and merchants. This Prosecco is dedicated to them; to their commercial skills, but also to their ability to enjoy the precious gift of the wines from the Conegliano hills, then as now.

PROSECCO DOCG MOLIN EXTRA DRY

The mill that gives its name to the Borgo del Molìn was built in the 17th century by the Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia, at that time administrator of Conegliano. The mill is one of the most important and authentic testimonies of the city’s agricultural past, at the roots of its history. But it is also part of Fabio Zardetto’s childhood memories, the place where he spent many an afternoon with his grandma, helping her to grind wheat and playing close to the millstream that channelled the water to the wheel. For this reason with this Prosecco he has chosen to pay homage to a sadly forgotten symbol of the hardworking people of Conegliano through the ages.

PROSECCO DOCG FINO IN FONDO

Le uve di San Mor hanno una storia e una
bellezza uniche. In queste colline il vento, il
microclima e la spiritualità antica legata al santo
benedettino hanno creato un luogo magico. E
questo Prosecco ne mantiene tutto il carattere
e la piacevolissima tipicità con la freschezza
tradizionale della rifermentazione in bottiglia,
frutto speciale di una ricerca appassionata.
